During the registration process, it is essential to accurately fill out all identity fields. Failure to provide genuine information in these fields may result in the closure of your account, with no refund issued. Oneihost reserves the right to modify or add to these rules without prior customer notification. The authoritative version of these rules will be the one accessible on the official Config Server website at oneihost.com, applicable to all customers
In the event that Oneihost is unable to resolve your issue, a full refund of your payment will be issued if it's within the first month. If more than one month has elapsed, only the renewal fee and 25% of the license system setup cost will be refunded. Please note that server configuration costs and other associated expenses are non-refundable and will only be credited to your account if the configuration is either incomplete or not done.
In case a refund is necessary for any reason, your payment will be subject to a deduction of the setup fee, and a refund extension fee will be applied. If the service has been utilized for over a month, no refund will be processed. Refunds are applicable only in cases where the license has not been installed.
Any form of derogatory communication towards Oneihost services, supporters, or administrators, whether through email, ticket system, live chat, phone, or in-person, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of server configuration, service closure, and account termination without any refund. The license systems are meticulously designed and prepared to offer an enhanced and exclusive service. While every effort is made to provide the specified system, there may be instances where it is not feasible. SharedLicense currently employs multiple private and concealed methods for each system, ensuring that if one method is disabled, an alternative can be seamlessly utilized. In the event of system closure, special considerations will be made based on the duration of the purchase.
Users must renew their service prior to the due date. All services are automatically extended for a duration of 30 days, regardless of whether the initial subscription period was 30 days or 28 days. If the service is renewed after the due date, the extension will be for 30 days from the renewal date and will not be tied to the original due date.
Any attempt to tamper with or debug our files will result in the blocking of your license, and no refunds will be issued.
Oneihost License agents must understand that selling a system license to a customer in place of a legal license is strictly prohibited according to our rules. If a customer directly contacts the server configuration and verifies such an occurrence, the agent will face appropriate action.
Support services are available for servers with Oneihost license systems installed. Assistance will be provided for issues related to the licensing system or the primary support of the software developer. For instance, cPanel does not address MySQL problems, but it offers support for errors within cPanel itself, with server configuration serving as the primary point of contact. If Oneihost License is conducted by us, complimentary support will be provided for up to 1 month following the server configuration and delivery. In case of server issues, resolution will be handled by our team. Support tickets will be addressed during business hours, with a potential response time of up to 24 hours, and they will be attended to in the order received. Therefore, please refrain from submitting consecutive tickets.
